"Hopefully all of you can enjoy Formula E, one of the events that has gained international attention, because its global coverage is quite significant," said Pramono.

Formula E is a racing competition that uses green energy. Jakarta is the only city in Southeast Asia that host the Formula E car race.

"I believe this will certainly leave a lasting impression on students," he expressed.

A total of 3,400 outstanding students from 116 public high schools and 60 public vocational schools along with 200 tickets for their companions were provided by the Jakarta Provincial Government. The government wants to offer students the opportunity to experience Formula E in person.

"I hope this will leave an impression and boost your motivation to study," he added.

Pramono conveyed that education is currently one of the priorities of the Jakarta Provincial Government in realizing Jakarta as a global city. In addition to providing the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP), the city also offers assistance in form of the Jakarta Excellent Student Card (KJMU) up to the doctoral level.

"If all of you stay diligent in your studies and receive KJMU, it ensures that you can complete at least a bachelor's degree, and if your GPA is high enough, you can pursue a master's or even a doctoral degree," he explained.

On this occasion, he also encouraged students to dream as high as possible. The government has expanded opportunities for Jakartan residents, including students, to learn and engage in positive activities, such as in libraries and museums, which are now open until 10 PM.

"Today all of you have the chance to watch Formula E live, so make the most of this opportunities to see something that many have never seen before," he stated.

For information, the eleventh season of the ABB FIA Formula E Championship will be held at Jakarta International E Prix Circuit in Ancol, North Jakarta, on June 21, 2025. The Formula E race is also part of the celebration of Jakarta's 498th Anniversary.
